Delivery Methods
For all AO: The Bookstore orders, we will use reputable courier service provider as our logistic partner. Usually we will need to take 3 days to process and ship out the products, the actual delivery time will take only 1 day for local Hong Kong delivery but for foreign countries, it will depend on the delivery location and country.
If the customer cannot be reach at the recipient address at the time of delivery, our courier service provider will leave you a notice card for you to re-arrange the delivery or pick up at the designated address.
We are currently offering free delivery for local Hong Kong. For delivery charges to other countries, please consult the below table.
Delivery time
Orders are processed immediately after receipt to ensure that your items are process and shipped to you as soon as possible. You are expected to receive your orders within 4 days (excluding the day placing the order) in local Hong Kong, for other countries, it will depends on the delivery location and country.
These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Although AO: The Bookstore cannot guarantee delivery times, we do promise to have your order process immediately after receipt.
Shipping and Delivery Charges
(All below charges are for each single book, for example, for 2 books to Taiwan, the shipping charge alone will be HK$156 addition to the cost of the book)
