Return and Refund Policy
Customer who wants to return or refund the products, customer needs to contact with Aophotobook.com by an email with detail complains to info@aophotobook.com within 3 days after receipt of the products. Only after the confirmation of acceptance by Aophotobook.com, then customer can return the Aophotobook.com authorized return products to the designated address.
If customer fail to contact us within three days after receipt of the products or customer return the purchased products without return authorization from aophotobook.com, we will not accept any return or refund.
The delivery cost of return or refund is borne by customers.
If Products Return Due to aophotobook.com deliver the wrong products to the customer:
Customer will need to notify aophotobook.com by email on the mistake and we will instruct the customer on the return or refund procedure.
The cost of return or refund is borne by Aophotobook.com.
Please be assure that all the mistakenly delivery products return to Aophotobook.com. If parts of the product is missing, Aophotobook.com will not transact the procedures of return.
In the following cases, the return and refund will not be accepted.
1. After the arrival of products, customer does not contact with Aophotobook.com for return and refund by email within three days.
2. Products have been damaged.
3. Discounted Products.
If Customer wants to exchange products, please contact Aophotobook.com. If the result of the exchange of products in short supply, the purchase price of products will be refunded to customer.
Methods for the return: Customer sends return and Refund Contact, Invoice and the return products to a designated return address.
After the return products arrive in Aophotobook.com and have confirmed by Aophotobook.com, we will send exchange products. If customer sends the return products without return and Refund Contact, Invoice, the handling procedures may be delayed.
