Delivery Methods

For all orders, we will use reputable courier service provider as our logistic partner. Usually we will need to take 9-10 working days to process and produce the products and the actual delivery time will take 2 to 4 working days depend on the delivery location and country.

If the customer cannot be reach at the recipient address at the time of delivery, our courier service provider will leave you a notice card for you to re-arrange the delivery or pick up at the designated address.

Before products to be delivered, all orders must be fully paid by credit cards through our online payment system.

Delivery time

Orders are processed immediately after receipt to ensure that your items are process and shipped to you as soon as possible. You are expected to receive your orders within 9-14 working days (excluding the day placing the order) depending on the delivery country and shipping method selected.

These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Although aophotobook.com cannot guarantee delivery times, we do promise to have your order process immediately after receipt.
